Taco Crawl London ("we", "us", "our") operates the website tacocrawl.co.uk. We are a discovery platform helping people find taco spots across London. We are not a marketplace, booking platform, or food delivery service.

When a taqueria owner registers or claims a listing, we collect:

• Business name and trading name
• Contact name and email address
• Business address and phone number
• Website and social media handles
• Proof of ownership (which may include business documentation you provide)

This data is used solely for verifying and managing your listing. Your contact details are not published publicly. Your business name, address, and social links may appear on your public profile.

If you submit a venue suggestion through our "Suggest a Spot" form, we collect:

• The venue name and address you provide
• Your name and email (optional)
• Any notes you include

This data is used internally to evaluate whether a venue should be added to the platform. We will not share it externally or contact you without your consent.

If and when premium listing payments are processed, all payment information (card numbers, billing details) is handled entirely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never receive or store your full card details. We may store a Stripe customer ID for subscription management. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/gb/privacy.

• To detect and prevent abuse or spam

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to operate the service (e.g. our hosting provider).

We retain trader submission data for as long as a listing exists. We retain contact and suggestion data for up to 12 months. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
