Venues can be added to Taco Crawl London in three ways:

• Editorial addition: We add venues we discover through research, social media, or other public sources.
• Trader registration: A venue owner registers directly through our "For Traders" page.
• Community suggestion: Anyone can suggest a venue using our "Suggest a Spot" feature. Suggestions are reviewed before publication.

All newly added venues are marked as pending review until basic information is confirmed.

If your venue is already listed and you are the owner or authorised manager, you can claim the profile. The claim process involves:

1. Submitting your contact details and proof of connection to the venue
2. Our team reviewing the claim within 24–48 hours
3. Approval, rejection, or a request for further information

Accepted proof includes: a business email matching the venue domain, an Instagram DM from the venue account, a utility bill or business registration document, or a Food Standards Agency registration.

We reserve the right to reject claims that we cannot verify, or where there is a dispute about ownership.

Verified owners can update their own listing details at any time through their claimed profile.

Anyone can submit an edit suggestion using the "Suggest an edit" button on any profile. These are reviewed by our team before any change is applied. We aim to review suggestions within 5 working days.

We reserve the right to decline edits that are inaccurate, promotional, or otherwise inappropriate.

All venues receive a free listing that includes a map pin, basic profile, and inclusion in pre-set crawls.

Paid plans (Verified £9/month, Growth £19/month, Partner from £49/month) are available to verified owners after profile claim approval. Premium listings include an enhanced profile with photos, story, menu highlights, Google rating display, crawl priority eligibility, and analytics.

Premium listings require:

• A verified claim on the profile
• Active subscription (cancelled listings revert to free tier)
• Compliance with this listing policy

Founding Trader status is available to early joiners and includes 6 months free premium. Founding Trader places are limited and allocated at our discretion.

Taco Crawl takes no commission on any venue sales. The listing fee is a flat monthly charge for platform visibility only.

If you find a listing that contains incorrect information — wrong hours, wrong address, a venue that has closed — please:

• Use the "Suggest an edit" button on the profile page, or
• Email hello@tacocrawl.london with the venue name and the correction

We aim to act on reported inaccuracies within 5 working days. Closed venues will be marked accordingly.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that:

• Contains false or misleading information
• Has permanently closed
• Has been added in error
• Is the subject of a verified legal or safety complaint

Venue owners may request removal of their listing by emailing us at hello@tacocrawl.london.
